It seems like all it is now is a competition to see who can get the most followers and become “tumblr famous”. What ever happened to blogging for yourself? Now there’s FAQ’s on “how to become tumblr famous”. I personally think it’s ridiculous. You have to do this and that, have this kind of blog but not that kind, this theme but not that. It’s YOUR blog. So what if no one likes it? But then again, if your yourself then who wouldn’t like it? This is a place where you’re able to be yourself, and express who you are without being judged. Yeah you get “hate”, but people will always judge you whether you are yourself or not. So why not be no one but yourself? I don’t know where I’m going with this and I don’t even know if it makes sense. I guess, basically, I just have mixed feelings about tumblr and what it’s turned into.
